CHEF JOSEPH FORTE
Meet Joe Forte - owner and Head Chef at Casa Giuseppe. Joe has been making magic happen in the kitchen for over 40 years, having received his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University.
Before opening his own fine Italian restaurant, Joe has cooked at some of New Jerseys finest restaurants like Aldo & Johnny's and Palisadium.
Joe established Casa Giuseppe in 2007. Since then, the restaurant has become a staple in the community in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
Outside of the kitchen, Joe Forte is a member of the 'Nam Knights' motorcycle club.
